What they accept

Stores are selective — brand tiers, condition standards and seasonal windows are normal, and being turned down once does not mean a store is closed to you.

Condition standard
Everything should be free from stains, tears, obvious wear, pet hair and odors. Toys should have working batteries and/or all necessary accessories to be functional.
Seasonal rules
As of August 1, we've begun accepting fall and winter items. We may still selectively accept some summer items for a little while longer, and swimwear is accepted year-round
