The Consignment Warehouse

Contract terms

What the store pays a consignor, and on what schedule. Where a store also buys outright, these describe the consignment side only.

Payout timing

We pay our consignors monthly!

Unsold items

In the unlikely event that your items do not sell, we will contact you at the end of your contract to discuss options.

Not disclosed: consignor split, contract length, markdown schedule, payout method, store credit bonus.

What they accept

Stores are selective — brand tiers, condition standards and seasonal windows are normal, and being turned down once does not mean a store is closed to you.

Not accepted

Broken, soiled or damaged furniture, Particle board furniture, Ruggable Rugs, Rug Pads, Mattresses, Fine China, Clothing, Jewelry, Electronics and Appliances

Not disclosed: categories accepted, brand tier, condition standard, seasonal rules.

Getting started & intake

The practical details — when to turn up, what to bring, and how long a decision takes.

Review method

Please email clear photos of your item(s) to consignwarehouse@gmail.com

Not disclosed: intake method, intake days & hours, minimum items, items per visit, account setup required, account fee, id required, turnaround.

Where to watch for new arrivals
