Contract terms

What the store pays a consignor, and on what schedule. Where a store also buys outright, these describe the consignment side only.

Consignor split

40% commission on items sold under $250; 50% commission on items sold over $250

Markdown schedule

20% after 30 days; 50% after 60 days

Unsold items

At account setup, consignors may indicate items they wish to have returned rather than donated at the end of the consignment period. Those items must be picked up within two weeks of notification.
