Petunia's Consignment Boutique

Contract terms

What the store pays a consignor, and on what schedule. Where a store also buys outright, these describe the consignment side only.

Consignor split

50%

Payout method

Checks

Payout timing

fifteenth (15th) of the month following the month in which items were sold

Unsold items

If unsold consignment items are not picked-up by the end of the consignment contract period of 3 months, Petunia's will assume that the consignor does not wish to reclaim their consigned items. The items will then become the property of Petunia's and items may be donated to a local charity throughout the year.

Not disclosed: contract length, markdown schedule, store credit bonus.
