Contract terms

What the store pays a consignor, and on what schedule. Where a store also buys outright, these describe the consignment side only.

Consignor split

All items under $99 receive 45% commission, items over $99 receive 50%.

Contract length

90 days

Unsold items

Should your items not sell, after 90 days they become the property of Designer Consigner if you have not notified us that you wish you retrieve unsold items.
