Contract terms

What the store pays a consignor, and on what schedule. Where a store also buys outright, these describe the consignment side only.

Consignor split

Under $100 = 60/40 $100-$499 = 50/50 Over $500 = Reserve $

Markdown schedule

After the first 90 days, items that are still in the boutique $100 & under will be sold for an additional 90 days for store credit or donated to a charity of our choice.

Payout timing

Our consignors are paid out when their consigned items sell.

Unsold items

Any item that is valued at over $100 are either extendable or retrievable by the consignor. After the first 90 days, items that are still in the boutique $100 & under will be sold for an additional 90 days for store credit or donated to a charity of our choice.

What they accept

Stores are selective — brand tiers, condition standards and seasonal windows are normal, and being turned down once does not mean a store is closed to you.

Condition standard

All items have to be brand new or like new, and 4 years old or less; excluding handbags and jewelry. All merchandise including special occasion gowns must be CLEAN and ready for the sales floor.

Not accepted

If we deem the condition and damages to be poor, the item will not be taken.
