Contract terms

What the store pays a consignor, and on what schedule. Where a store also buys outright, these describe the consignment side only.

Consignor split
40% of the net selling price for designer & name brand pieces. For luxury brand pieces our consignors receive 60% of the net selling price. For ultra luxury brands (Hermès, & Cartier for example) our consignors receive 70% of the net selling price.

Items are priced by us, and are included in sales and coupons at our discretion.
Payout method
Checks are automatically mailed to your house each month. Store credit is also available.
Payout timing
Checks for sold items are mailed out during the second full week of each month. Checks are issued each month for the items sold in the previous month.
Unsold items
Out of state/out of area consignors must donate unsold items if unable to come to the store to pick up. Local consignors may choose to have their unsold items returned or donated when submitting their information.

Seasonal rules
Out of season items that are consigned will be given an in stock date (60 days prior to the expiration date).
Not accepted
mens (with the exception of select luxury items), formals (wedding gowns included), Walmart Brands, K-Mart Brands, maternity, clothing with size, care, and brand tags removed, Clothing over a size 3X and shoes over a size 12, kids, Alfred Dunner, sleepwear & lingerie, clothing and shoes older than 3 years old, vintage clothing, shoes, or purses (excluding vintage Coach, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and other luxury brands)
