Contract terms

What the store pays a consignor, and on what schedule. Where a store also buys outright, these describe the consignment side only.

Consignor split

Payout method

cash for balances under $40 and a check payment for any balances over $40

Payout timing

Cash payouts are given daily, and checks are written a couple of times per week.

Unsold items

Unsold items are to be picked up on the expiration date. Any uncollected items will become property of Perennials Consignment to donate or disperse of at our discretion.

What they accept

Stores are selective — brand tiers, condition standards and seasonal windows are normal, and being turned down once does not mean a store is closed to you.

Categories accepted

Women’s, and Men’s clothing and accessories including, shoes, scarves, jewelry, belts and more. In sizes 0 – 3X.

Brand tier

mid to higher end brands and higher quality

Condition standard

Acceptable items must be on hangers in laundered condition, pressed and ready to wear.

Seasonal rules

Spring – March 1st, Summer – May 1st, Fall – August 1st, Winter – October 1st

Not accepted

clothing in garbage bags or that have any rips, tears, stains, are too worn or pilled, have missing parts or odors; replicas or knockoffs; brands including Target, Walmart, Kohls, Old Navy TJ Maxx and Marshalls
