Contract terms

What the store pays a consignor, and on what schedule. Where a store also buys outright, these describe the consignment side only.

Consignor split

40% (clothing, furniture, home goods, jewelry, accessories); 50% (furniture delivered by the consignor or an independent mover)

Contract length

60 days

Markdown schedule

Clothing: 30 days full price, 30 days 50% off. Jewelry: 90 days total, 50% off after 80 days.

Payout method

Payments may be picked up in-store or mailed if a stamped, self-addressed envelope is provided.

Payout timing

Payment is available upon request for the balance through the payout date.

Unsold items

Clothing: Must contact store at 50-day mark to retrieve, otherwise donated. Furniture/Home/Jewelry: May be donated or absorbed into store inventory at store's discretion if not retrieved.

Spring (Jan-Apr), Summer (Apr-July 17), Fall (Aug-Oct 30), Winter (Nov 2-Nov 30). Accessories accepted year-round.

Not accepted

Pajamas, robes, sleepwear, shoes, swimsuits, clothing with graphics/hometown teams, counterfeit items, replicas, items missing brand labels, illegal items, items with security sensors, items without size labels, homemade or altered items, local or niche clothing brands, Amazon clothing without manufacturer label, SHEIN clothing, chokers, thin chains, multi-beaded necklaces, watches, area rugs from pet-loving households
