Contract terms

What the store pays a consignor, and on what schedule. Where a store also buys outright, these describe the consignment side only.

Consignor split

40% for items under $100, 60% for items over $100

Markdown schedule

At that point they will remain at full price for a month. Once a month has passed it will drop down to 25% off. Another month it'll drop down to 50%. On the final month it'll drop down to 75% off.

Checks are cut every Friday for those requested.

Unsold items

If your items still don't sell we will collect them off the floor and donate them to the 🐱 WSPCA 🐶 or other specific needs in the community.

Stores are selective — brand tiers, condition standards and seasonal windows are normal, and being turned down once does not mean a store is closed to you.

Condition standard

All items must be thoroughly cleaned. Used small appliances must be free of any grease or food remnants. Ensure clothes have their size/brand tags and are free of rips, tears, stains, foul odors, pet hair, deodorant marks & pilling.
