If an item does not sell within the consignment period, Creature will remove it from the sales floor and send an expiration notice by email once it is ready for pickup, generally within two weeks of the expiration date. I understand that I have 5 days from the date of the expiration notice email to pick up my expired items. The pickup deadline will be included in the subject line of the expiration notice email. I understand that any unclaimed items remaining after the 5-day pickup period will be immediately donated to Magpie Thrift and cannot be recovered by Creature.
