Payout method

Often we will pay you in cash, but larger payouts will be in the form of a check.

Payout timing

We process our sales on a monthly basis. Please allow two weeks after the end of the month for preparation and auditing. Example: items sold any day in July are processed and ready for payment on or after August 15th.

Unsold items

You can pick up your unsold items at any time and no fee is charged.

Not disclosed: contract length, store credit bonus.

What they accept

Stores are selective — brand tiers, condition standards and seasonal windows are normal, and being turned down once does not mean a store is closed to you.

Furniture, Electronics, Small Appliances, Home Décor, Holiday/Seasonal Items, Major Appliances, Collectibles, Household, Media (CDs, Books, Video Games, Movies), Hand Bags/Accessories

Brand tier

Better name (Ninja, Cuisinart, Delonghi, Kitchen Aid, Dyson etc); better name/quality handbags from makers such as Michael Kors, Coach, Kate Spade, Brahmin, Valentino, Louis Vuitton

Condition standard

lightly-used, clean and useful items, unique and one-of-a-kind items, and things of interest or collectibility

Seasonal rules

These items we begin accepting 60 days prior to the event/season.

Not accepted

clothing (except better label women's apparel at Bay Park), broken, dirty, missing parts, stained, items with odors, large tube or projection TVs, clear glass, brass, pastel colors, floral arrangements, window treatments, collectible dolls, stamps, coins, sports cards, fine jewelry
