Contract terms

What the store pays a consignor, and on what schedule. Where a store also buys outright, these describe the consignment side only.

Markdown schedule

Seasonal items will be marked at full price for a minimum of 60 days. After 60 or more days, they will be marked at 50% off.

Unsold items

If they are still available when the season ends, they are donated to the organization of our choosing or further discounted for a special sale.

Not disclosed: consignor split, contract length, payout method, payout timing, store credit bonus.

What they accept

Stores are selective — brand tiers, condition standards and seasonal windows are normal, and being turned down once does not mean a store is closed to you.

We have four seasons in Wisconsin, and we follow guidelines when accepting clothing!

Generally, appointments are Monday-Friday between 10:30 a.m. and 3pm.Wednesday we are open until 7p.m. so evening appointments can be scheduled as late as 4:30pm
